About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Account Executive/Junior Account Manager to join our creative advertising division, working directly with one of our biggest streaming and theatrical client. The role demands a talented individual to ensure the successful retention and growth of this client relationship and creative production workflow. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of delivering stellar creative output and building strong client relationships. A background in creative production, versioning and localisation of digital and static materials is essential. A good understanding of AV creative production and localisation is advantageous. A fast-paced environment is at our core (what agency doesn’t say that eh?) but that also means faster learnings, richer experiences and quicker development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading on creative production and delivery of digital asset suites for a key streaming client
* Managing the development of original creative for a number of projects on a weekly basis
* Feeding in to all aspects of operations for this single creative workflow including – but not limited to - involvement in Quarterly Business Reviews and weekly client status meetings
* Occasionally working with transcreation partners or in house native speakers (covering a number of EMEA languages) in order to refine creative content
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, serving as one of their primary points of contact for all aspects of this account / workflow
* Running all administration tasks associated with this workflow including updating status reports, writing briefs, tracking resource hours / costs and invoicing against work that’s been delivered
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in a client service role within a marketing agency (typically 3+ years, Entertainment agencies are preferred), with a solid background in managing large scale creative production / localisation campaigns
* Familiar with developing key art and creative origination and adaptation
* Strong experience in building solid client relationships, and retaining & growing key accounts
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders
* Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and understanding account profitability
* Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Used to working with all relevant Microsoft and Google suites
* A positive go-getter attitude is a must!
