The Role:
As the Account Manager, you'll be the client's trusted advocate and strategic contact for a lucrative book of business. Your goal is to deliver ultimate client satisfaction, demonstrate value from our modules, and drive retention.
Upselling is encouraged for those with commercial awareness and a customer-centric approach to account growth. This role suits individuals with a firm finger on the pulse and exceptional service delivery.
No long-term contracts here; clients may operate on a monthly rolling basis. Therefore, staying ahead of the curve and providing unbeatable service at every touchpoint is crucial.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in B2B Client/Account Management, ideally with a marketing-aligned SaaS solution.
* A well-versed approach to high-touch, customer management, regularly engaging with clients and delivering value.
* A strong drive to achieve, exceed, and grow.
* Self-motivation and autonomy.
* A willingness to learn and improve – no ego's needed here!
* Prior Planhat experience is beneficial but not necessary.
