Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and retention strategies.
Manage email communications and CRM effectively.
Follow up on telephone quotations and develop relationships for client growth.
Monitor client performance and prepare reports.
Schedule regular face-to-face meetings and conduct quarterly reviews.
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous commercial sales experience.
Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
Strong delegation and time management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
KPIs:
Achieve 30 outbound calls per day.
