We have an exciting permanent opportunity to join our busy Care at Home team in a role where you will create and implement a framework of quality control, assurance and compliance activities to ensure a robust standard of performance and achievement.
As part of this role you will be responsible for developing and encouraging a culture where a regular monitoring, learning capture and feedback cycle supports the delivery of high quality care and identifies service improvement requirements and opportunities.
You will also ensure that appropriate governance arrangements are in place and that best practices are identified and implemented. You will directly undertake monitoring and checking activity and also support and develop colleagues within the service to do so in a consistent and thorough manner.
We need someone who is educated to degree level in a health/ social care/policy related field or has equivalent work experience in a quality, assurance, compliance, service development, contracting or policy development field. You must also be proficient and confident in using automated information systems and with handling and presenting data, both numerical and qualitative.
Ideally the successful post holder will also hold a relevant qualification in a quality, assurance or compliance field and have experience of reviewing and redesigning processes. Experience in training and staff development and project management is also desirable.
