The Role As a Valuer, you’ll take a leading role in securing new business opportunities while working closely with the sales team to develop and promote the company's services. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and ambitious individual looking to take their career to the next level. Key Responsibilities: Generate and convert new market appraisal opportunities. Conduct market research to prepare for valuation appointments. Attend property appraisals and meet conversion rate expectations. Build strong relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and advice. Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth and ensure outstanding client service. Stay up to date with market trends, regulations, and industry developments. Actively engage in local community and networking events to represent the business. What We’re Looking For: Minimum 2 years of experience in a property valuation role. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business targets. Commitment to providing exceptional client service. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Highly organised with the ability to manage diary schedules and workload effectively. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office and web-based property platforms.
