Put simply we provide our countywide teams with invaluable skills and knowledge across all areas of LCC, from being the welcoming face in our Children’s Centres, to supporting our Executive team and providing valuable expertise across Fire and Rescue, Highways and HR.

The role
Our Teams are friendly, welcoming and will support you in training to undertake a wide range of duties for departments across LCC. Being fully integrated into every team, Business Support Assistants often become subject matter experts in the areas they support, developing and supporting best practice. You really can make a difference.

You will be given a dedicated area to support, working alongside a team who will support and cover you. For this role, we need team players, with drive and determination. You'll also have a flexible, can-do positive attitude and a real desire to provide exceptional service.
