Following a period of significant growth and continued investment there is now an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Campaign/ Digital Campaign Executive to join their growing team.
In this role you will have exposure to the full marketing mix, working with excellent channel managers to create a marketing campaign plan across all digital touchpoints.
Key responsibilities include:
* Support in the delivery of the multi-channel marketing campaign strategy, managing the production of these multi-channel campaigns across Digital – Web & App. CRM & SMS, Social Media & PR and Creative.
* Working with several key internal teams across Digital, Creative and CRM, you’ll support the planning and development of the campaign strategy and support the roll out via these teams.
* Managing this campaign process itself end to end with the delivery teams, supporting in the edit and proofing of copy and assisting the production of campaign.
* Hands on support across CRM and email marketing campaigns.
* Eventually have a deeper understanding of the CRM including data selection and creative input.
* Branding campaigns, new product service campaigns as well as promotional offering campaigns.
* Writing clear and concise briefs for this activity. Good Copy skills is key to support success.
* Contribute to the reporting and performance of campaigns and KPI’s for teams.
* Develop strong working relationships with these key stakeholders and teams within the business.
What I’m looking for:
* 2+ years in a similar Multi-channel Marketing/ Campaign role, specifically working closely with Digital Marketing & CRM teams.
* Ideally experienced across CRM and email marketing campaigns directly.
* Managing Multiple campaigns at any one time, therefore highly organised, focused and process driven.
* Retail experience would be advantageous, being comfortable in this environment. Or comfortable working at pace in a commercial environment.
* A naturally creative eye and good copy/ content skills supporting brand and campaign creation
