Salary : £35K - £45K per annum + Excellent Benefits!

Are you a seasoned Building Regulations Technician ready to take on exciting, high-quality residential and commercial projects?
We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Building Regulations Technician.
With us, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping distinctive homes and structures, blending regulatory expertise with creative problem-solving.
As our Senior Building Regulations Technician you will be responsible for:
Drawing and Applications: You'll confidently create and submit Building Regulations applications, ensuring compliance with Approved Documents.
Regulatory Knowledge : A strong understanding of Building Regulations is required, particularly for residential projects, with some commercial experience being beneficial.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential. Familiarity with SketchUp and Vectorworks is a bonus.
Problem Solving: Respond effectively to plan checks, site queries, and collaborate with local authorities to ensure approvals.
Specialist Knowledge : Experience with oak framing is helpful, though training can be provided.
In order to be successful in this role you should have:
A minimum of 5 years' practical experience working in a Building Regulations or architectural technician role.
MCIAT qualification or equivalent.
Excellent technical skills, with the ability to produce high-quality, compliant drawings.
Strong communication and client-facing abilities to liaise confidently with clients, consultants, and authorities.
A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
