This is a full-time position reporting directly into the General Manager. Our Sales and Retention Managers are responsible for supporting the team in the successful operation of the gym, with a specific focus on driving new member sales, maximizing retention, and overall growth of the live member movement through various strategies both inside and outside of the gym.

* Prepare and deliver monthly sales presentations to management
* Build relationships with local businesses to develop partnerships
* Develop #WeMoveBusinesses membership opportunities
* Lead by example on reception and the gym floor to enhance member experience
* Support national focuses and incentives like #WorkoutWednesday & #WeCommunicate
* Provide honest, constructive feedback regularly to support team development
* Assist the General Manager with operational tasks, including Health & Safety, Facilities, Maintenance, and Recruitment
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
* Show passion for health, fitness, and wellness
* Exhibit strong leadership qualities
* Adapt communication style as needed
* Maintain a positive, solutions-driven mindset
* Act as a member champion with excellent interpersonal skills
* Be driven, ambitious, and eager to learn and develop
* Be flexible with working hours and locations, including weekends and Bank Holidays as required
