What you'll be doing Answering and managing incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries from patients in a professional and courteous manner Scheduling and managing patient appointments and maintaining accurate patient records Theatre bookings and liaison Correspondence and patient enquiries Billing and receipting Maintaining a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information Assisting with the coordination of patient flow and clinic operations What we're looking for Experience in a medical/admin reception or similar role, preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to liaise effectively with patients, clinicians and other stakeholders Busy practice requiring someone with strong organisational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, medical software (Gentu in particular) is a bonus A compassionate and empathetic approach when dealing with patients Flexibility to work over 3 sites between 7am – 7pm Monday - Friday
