A core purpose of the role is to shape the creation and oversee the delivery of our marketing strategy, ensuring the Global Assessment Services brand and proposition is relevant and compelling to an international audience Lead on market analysis and diagnostics to support the AQA Global team’s understanding of international markets, opportunities and competitive landscape Shape the creation and own the delivery of an AQA Global’s marketing strategy to drive planning and delivery Define and own AQA Global’s brand strategy, ensuring a strong brand identity that works in harmony with AQA Education, ensuring activities and behaviours drive brand awareness, build brand equity, and clearly reflect AQA Global’s proposition and values Lead regional and market-specific marketing initiatives in response to business opportunities in collaboration with sales leads in order to develop the international sales pipeline in accordance with agreed KPIs; What you’ll need to succeed Deep knowledge and experience of marketing strategy and the development and delivery of marketing campaigns; Experience in the development and management of a brand strategy; Understanding and experience of marketing tools and analytics; Hands-on experience of the relationship between marketing and building a pipeline of sales opportunities; Experience in setting and managing marketing budgets; Ability to lead and motivate individuals and teams Understanding and experience of international markets and how marketing approaches should be adapted for different regions and cultural contexts; Curious, pragmatic, able to rationalise complex business requirements and can navigate uncertainty and ambiguity as the AQA Global business establishes; Call to action We look forward to receiving your CV and covering letter, expressing your interest in this role.
