Client Administrator - Group Risk and Health Note: this role can be based in Farnborough / Birmingham / Manchester / Leeds This role is an 18 month FT Contract Do you want to be part of an exciting team? Then this is the role for you The Client Service Delivery Specialist will be primarily responsible for providing support to their assigned Aon Sales Consultants in the day-to-day management of clients Healthcare and Group Risk polices, including involvement with policy renewals and new business wins. This is a hybrid role which will incorporate a mix of office and home working. We will consider someone with predominantly Group Risk Experience with the desire to expand their knowledge to the full suite of Employee Benefits. What the day will look like As a Client Service and Delivery Specialist some of your key responsibilities will involve: Ensure the smooth running of assigned portfolio of clients on a day to day basic Develop and maintain a constructive and professional relationship with clients and insurers at all levels. Act as the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and other internal and external sources Independently respond to queries from both clients and insurers in a pro-active manner, whilst keeping Consultants informed Co-ordinate administration of schemes including invoicing, membership data, claims data, communication materials and other associated queries Prepare template client reports as requested by Sales Consultants Resolve any identified discrepancies in provider documentation before sending to clients Ensure that any correspondence produced or issued by Aon is accurate and adheres to any published brand guidelines Manage the gathering of accurate data for each client's scheme renewal Assist with the analysis of data as required Attend internal provider and product training Ensure that all client records are accurate and up to date Maintain client records and data in line with Aon systems and protocols Undertake ad hoc project work where required Understand and comply with the financial & industry regulations and legislations Establish and maintain up to date knowledge of products and the marketplace Build good working relationships with Aon colleagues from all parts of the business Show commitment and dedication to the role and to Aon Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for both internal and external contacts, including clients, providers, and Aon colleagues Be a team player How this opportunity is different Join our ever-growing team. Skills and experience that will lead to success High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and proactively using own initiative Relevance experience within the insurance industry preferred Knowledge of Group Risk industry highly desirable Skilled at building positive relationships with an ability to manage numerous stakeholders. Confident communicator with both colleagues and clients at all levels of organisation. Excellent listening, organisation, and presentation skills Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
