Our client has been trading since 2001. Based Wirral, they are expanding their B2B department and require an experienced Customer Service Supervisor. Full product training will be given.
The role of the B2B Customer Service Supervisor:
They require an experienced and trained internal Customer Service Supervisor to join a successful team in handling incoming sales enquiries and maximise all opportunities.
They operate three Online Stores and a Wholesale business. This is a dynamic role with an extensive client database and an ambitious expansion programme.
B2B Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
• Managing a dynamic B2B customer service team, you will be tasked with efficiently supporting the team handling incoming enquiries and maximising the product range.
• Online administration, logistics communication and reports.
• Achieve key team KPIs and promotional activity.
• Team organisation and training support.
Requirements of the B2B Customer Service Supervisor:
• Previous B2B Customer Service Supervisory experience is important, the role requires a highly organised, trained, dynamic, self-motivated person that can "get the job done".
