About the Role
* Key role in the sales division – growing our business through additional sales.

Due to continued growth, Moco is currently seeking a passionate and motivated BDM to join our South Team that looks after Gold Coast and Northern NSW. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service while driving growth in our business.
We are looking for a candidate that is either currently working as a chef or has worked somewhere within the hospitality industry. If you are looking for a new challenge away from the realm of working split shifts and weekends, and you want to work in a business with real opportunities for career progression and both personal and professional development, then this role is for you.

Skills & Experience:
* Customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or similar industry.
* Be confident and comfortable with making cold calls and site drops to new clients.
* Ability to work autonomously through making sales calls and visits.
* Strong technological skills with computer systems, emails and excel.
* Understand hospitality client needs, wants and requirements.
* Have a passion for food and forging meaningful relationships.
* Sound understanding of profitability & margins.
* Work with A-Grade former chefs at Moco’s Head Office who have extensive knowledge of the industry.
