Assistant Medical Secretaries are responsible for the day-to-day management of the referral and treatment administrative processes and are accountable to the Patient Services Team Leader regarding compliance with all aspects of the Referral to Treatment Access Policy (RTT).

1. Managing referrals
2. Booking appointments
3. Handling telephone queries
4. Overseeing full utilization of clinics
5. Providing general administration support to the wider team
