Job Function: To effectively manage operations within the team to deliver Refrigeration service and maintenance to Sainsbury’s within agreed timescales and budgets whilst complying with company policy and procedure. Key Accountabilities Continuous liaison with the client to consolidate CBES’ position and work closely with the field engineer teams to ensure we have appropriate equipment and skillset to resolve all issues. Oversee engineer activity to achieve SLA targets and assist the Technical Support Manager with delivery of contractual KPI’s, KPI’s and current performance trends. Audit PPM’s and store handovers following refits. Liaising directly with the client and CBES line Managers on a regular basis through structured reporting and regular meetings. Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply and to ensure that all direct reports are adequately trained and follow safe systems of work. The recruitment, management, development and motivation of the engineer team including the assessment and monitoring of job performance and where necessary, facilitating the company disciplinary and/or grievance procedure in conjunction with the Human Resources Department. Monitoring the use of company vehicles ensuring they are kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required.
