We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in Carlisle. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:
* Lead and Supervise: Oversee a team of security officers, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to succeed.
* Training & Development: Identify training needs, manage ongoing learning, and maintain up-to-date training records.
* Performance Monitoring: Complete monthly KPIs for security officers, managing performance and absence.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure all employees comply with company policies, industry standards, and health & safety regulations. Investigate any incidents and take appropriate actions.
* Resource Management: Work closely with the control team to allocate resources effectively, ensuring optimal shift coverage.
* Equipment & Communication: Ensure all site and officer equipment is functioning, and foster clear communication between the officers, control room, and operations managers.
Applicants must be:
* SIA Licence Holder
* Full UK clean Driving Licence
* Strong IT Skills
* Ability to make sound decisions and manage time effectively
