We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Manager with a strong pulse on trends, performance metrics, and content that converts. You’ll be the go-to person for all things digital — from running our social media platforms to launching targeted campaigns and helping build Muscle Hut into a household name for gym-goers in Scotland & England.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage and grow all social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
2. Develop and execute digital campaigns to drive leads, engagement, and conversions
3. Collaborate with on-site videographers and content creators to capture and distribute high-impact gym content
4. Plan and publish a consistent content calendar aligned with our brand voice and community
5. Run paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok) and optimise them for maximum ROI
6. Monitor and report on analytics, KPIs, and social performance
7. Keep up-to-date with fitness trends and digital best practices
8. Maintain and update the Muscle Hut website, landing pages, and email campaigns
9. Engage with followers, respond to DMs, and foster an active online community
10. Visit Muscle Hut sites regularly to liaise with staff, members, and creative teams
