Iconic Resourcing HR are looking to recruit a Senior People Advisor to join a dynamic and fast growing consultancy on a permanent basis.
Working closely with the Head of People to deliver a proactive and commercial advisory service to internal stakeholders, the successful candidate will be hands-on and will coach and develop line managers at all levels on employee relations and people operations. As well as this, you will contribute to the development and implementation of people polices and procedure and to support the delivery of people projects.
Manage and resolve routine and complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, redundancies and restructures, maternity/paternity etc.
Support projects in the People team, including areas such as onboarding and induction, health & wellbeing, restructuring, resourcing and recruitment, company culture, employee engagement (pulse surveys, implementation of actions), offboarding, exit interviews, analysis of attrition trends for action planning.
Proactively gather, evaluate and analyse data (including trends) to support the implementation of ER initiatives, including areas such as absence management, OH services and employee benefits.
Advise and guide on all people matters with regards to sponsored workers, immigration routes and sponsored licenses, to ensure compliance.
Keep abreast of HR procedures, legal matters and best practice and work collaboratively with the people team to introduce and embed new ideas and initiatives
Support the identification of training needs across the business and coach and develop line managers/employees in areas such as: conduct, performance, maternity leave, dignity at work and legislative matters.
Review and update HR processes to improve workflows
Up to date knowledge and application of employment legislation (including right to work/sponsored workers) with the ability to provide advice and guidance, consistent with legal requirements, company policy and best practice.
Highly driven and passionate about HR and best practices.
Knowledge of HR systems and technology.
