Here’s a taste of what your main responsibilities could look like: What You’ll Be Up To: Data Dynamo: Enter data and create a variety of business documents—think forms, logbooks, quotes, and registers. You’ll be the go-to guru for all things paperwork Filing Wizard: Keep our service and maintenance paperwork organised, whether in hard copy or digital form. Your knack for detail will keep our logbooks and records up to date Communication Champion: Connect with our amazing internal staff, client teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. You’ll occasionally be scheduling bookings and maintenance appointments for staff and contractors with client sites Cost Detective: Ensure our labour and material costs are spot on. You’ll assist with invoicing and capturing subcontractor costs, all while keeping everything in check. What We’re Looking For: A minimum of Level 3 Business Administration qualification or an equivalent experience Proficiency in MS Excel will give you an edge in this role. Working Hours: We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits you You’ll work 4.5 hours a day between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday.
