Salary Range: £38,092 - £45,389 per annum (inclusive of £3,000 per annum market supplement for Assistant Team Managers)

The Role:
Joining our Frimley Park Hospital Social Work Team as an Assistant Manager, you’ll work with professional health and social care colleagues to deliver excellent social work services. As an experienced, qualified Social Worker, you’ll handle safeguarding, complex cases and resource allocation, helping adults leaving hospital achieve the best outcomes.
Additional Payments:
In addition to the £3,000 pro-rata per annum market supplement, we offer:
1. £2,000 pro-rata after 3 months (for external applicants).
2. £2,000 pro-rata after 12 months and then annually (for all applicants).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage Senior Case Workers and Social Workers.
2. Handle a small, complex caseload.
3. Assessment of risk.
4. Support the duty function and deputise for the Team Manager.
5. Assist in strategic planning and service delivery.
6. Provide regular supervision and support to team members.
Requirements:
1. Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England (SWE).
2. Experience in safeguarding, complex case work and resource allocation.
3. Ability to manage and support a team in a fast-paced environment.
