Weddings & Events Manager
You will be joining our client's exciting events team, which is fully focused on ensuring they provide an outstanding level of service, creating memories to last a lifetime! You will be responsible for overseeing all functions including Weddings, Birthdays, and Christmas events.
Wedding & Events Floor Manager - what's involved?
* Running weddings and events on the day.
* Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the hotel when not running an event.
* Liaising with the bride and groom or event organizer in the days leading up to the event.
* Monitoring rosters to ensure staffing levels are accurate for the day of the event.
* Assisting in different departments as needed.
* Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
Wedding & Events Floor Manager - who we are looking for?
* The desire to be part of creating some of life’s most cherished memories for people!
* Previous operational experience at management level in a busy wedding, conference, and events-based environment is a must.
* Applicant must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience of running functions and events and managing teams - applications without this experience will be rejected.
* All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required by the business.
* An excellent standard of presentation is essential.
* Successful applicants will work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days from 7, on any day of the year.
