Staffline Recruitment are working in partnership with our client based in Dundonald who are seeking a Supply Chain/Inventory Controller on a permanent basis Salary: £28k-£35k per annum dependant on experience Benefits: Company pension, free parking, sick pay Hours: Full time Permanent (Monday to Friday) Essential Criteria A minimum of 3 years of experience in an Inventory or Supply Chain role with a proven track record in end to end procurement and stock management Proven track record in driving and measuring suppliers to meet KPI targets Experience in assessing and managing product qualilty Experience with an ERP system is desirable Job Role Ordering and Supplier Co-ordination Managing financial implications of supplier contracts, including negotiations on pricing, delivery schedules and payment terms Oversee purchase allocations to ensure alighnment with budget and forecasted demand, building and maintaining financial accountability with suppliers Use data to create financial forecasts for inventory investments and monitor and demand to maintain cost effective inventory levels Oversee cost implications in the distribution of goods, working with logistics partners to maintain budget adherence and operational efficiency Monitor shipment expenses and negotiate to reduce costs associated with logistics Inventory Management Evaluate inventory metrics, ensure budget alignment and work closely with supply chain on stock replenishment based on demand forecasting Align stock managment with KPI targets Communicate stock availability Quality Control Ensure quality standards are met by measuring the quality and quantity of production output Create quality control inspections to be carried out by the warehouse team If you are interested in the above role and would like further information please contact Tracy Broome on or please forward CV to Skills: supply chain co-ordinator inventory controller logistics administrator
