Role Overview: We are seeking experienced structural steel fabricators to join our client's team. Candidates with a proven track record in steel fabrication are preferred. However, we also welcome applicants who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn.
Welder Fabricator Responsibilities:
1. Fabricate and assemble structural steel components according to specifications
2. Read and interpret technical drawings
3. Operate machinery and tools safely
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion
Work Schedule:
1. Monday to Friday
2. Hours: 07:00 to 16:30
3. Early finish on Friday
Compensation:
1. Hourly Rate: £14-£14.50 depending on experience with pay increase upon completion of agency placement
2. Annual Bonus (subject to company performance)
3. Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays (paid at time and a half)
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in structural steel fabrication (preferred)
2. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
3. Local candidates preferred
