Day to day...
* Handle a varied caseload of residential and commercial transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages
* Maintain effective communication with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders, providing exceptional service
* Utilise the in-house case management system, adhering to firm protocols and ensuring compliance with industry standards
Your skills...
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a commercial property fee earner role (all levels considered)
* Strong organisational skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and business targets
* Experience using Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portal, and online SDLT submissions
* Solid understanding of processes, anti-money laundering legislation, and regulatory compliance
