About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Regulatory Excellence:Oversee all aspects of CQC compliance, aiming for "Outstanding" ratings. Utilize your expertise to ensure our services meet the highest standards.
* Fuel Business Growth:Develop strategies to meet and exceed budgeted care hours, fostering sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional quality.
* Champion Quality Assurance:Implement robust quality processes, conducting regular internal audits and exceeding 96% success rates.
* Build a High-Performing Team:Lead recruitment, retention, and motivation efforts, fostering a positive, supportive work environment where your team thrives.
* Prioritize Client Satisfaction:Secure a 95%+ client satisfaction rating through ongoing feedback and service reviews. Be a champion for their needs.
* Forge Community Connections:Build strong relationships with local partners, solidifying our organization as a leading provider of care services.
* Deliver Financial Success:Achieve budgeted revenue and margin targets while implementing cost-effective operational practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (preferred)
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A passion for delivering exceptional care
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* Weekend availability
* In-person work

Pay: £35,616.00-£42,000.00 per year
