An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Home Manager to manage an exceptional large care home based in the Poole, Dorset area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.
The new service provides a mixture of nursing, residential, and dementia care.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
Key Duties:
1. Utilise authentic leadership, role modelling and inspirational skills to motivate the team to deliver excellent quality of care.
2. Become the person in charge responsible for the day-to-day running of the Service with 24-hour responsibility for the care of the Service Users.
3. Manage the effective use of resources, including the financial performance of the Service, and maintain high levels of occupancy.
4. Provide improvement, independence, and choice for Service Users.
5. Comply with all regulatory and legislative requirements at all times, particularly the CQC for the Registration and Inspection of Nursing Homes and NMC guidelines.

1. Caring and compassionate.
2. Lead and develop your team to deliver high-quality care.
3. Able to show a can-do attitude always.
4. Previous experience of managing a large service (50+ beds).
The successful Home Manager will receive an amazing annual salary of up to GBP 75,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role for 37.5 hours a week working through day shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
