Salary & Benefits Package
* 25K to 35K subject to experience

Key Requirements of the role
Responsibilities
* Conducting site surveys and client briefings
* Drafting 2D and 3D design packages for planning submission
* Coordinating with external design team members
* Developing and coordinating Building Regulation packages
* Attending networking events to represent the company
* Engaging with new inquiries and discussing clients' proposed projects
* Managing time independently
* Opening and closing the office
* Assisting the director with day-to-day tasks
Results Expected in this role
* Become a qualified Architect
* Manage/run your own projects
* Obtain planning permission for projects
* Gain building control approval for projects
* Expand your network

* Expertise in AutoCAD
* Proficiency in SketchUp
* Expertise in Photoshop
* Proficiency in InDesign

* Knowledge of Planning Policy requirements
* Knowledge of Building Regulation/construction information
* Ability to engage and network with new contacts
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent time management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Well-presented
Experience Required
* Part 1 qualified
* At least 4 years of work experience in the residential sector
* Ability to converse with third-party consultants
* Experience developing planning application and Building Regulation package drawings
* Experience working on RIBA Work stages 0 to 4
* Experience with residential projects
