SALARY: £25,119 - £28,770
HOURS: 37 hours per week full time
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented individual with an inquisitive nature and excellent attention to detail to join our IT Support Team working across our schools based in the Black Country.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experience ICT Technician to provide technical support and expertise across our Trust.
Applicants must have a minimum of at least two yearsâ experience in the IT sector,
A sound working knowledge and understanding of:
* Hardware repairs of laptops / tablets
* Installation of Microsoft Windows on standalone devices and networked PCâs
* Good understanding of Office 365 â Outlook, OneDrive for Business, Exchange, Teams and Sharepoint Online.
* Installation of Microsoft Office Suite
* Setup of computer hardware, software and systems
* Setup of network printers, installation of software locally & through package allocation
* Computer troubleshooting from diagnostics to backup of data to upgrade or rebuild
* Computer viruses and security
* Basic Microsoft Azure Active Directory, users and permissions knowledge
Applicants must have a flexible customer-focused approach to their work and be able to travel and transfer equipment between schools as and when required.
