Position: QHSE Manager
Location: Andover
Salary Range: 45K- 55K
Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking a dedicated QHSE Manager to join their team in Andover. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact by developing and implementing QHSE initiatives and processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems aligned with industry certifications.
2. Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure consistent processes and practices.
3. Establish policies and procedures to maintain a safe workplace and adhere to regulatory standards.
4. Implement environmental policies to reduce the organisation's ecological footprint.
5. Ensure compliance with all QHSE regulations and coordinate inspections and audits.
6. Lead incident investigations and develop response protocols for quick and effective actions.
7. Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
8. Manage and develop the QHSE team, promoting a positive QHSE culture throughout the organisation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in relevant field (master's preferred).
2. 5-7 years of experience in QHSE management.
3. Certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, NEBOSH, or similar are highly desirable.

1. Deep understanding of QHSE principles, regulations, and best practices.
