We're looking for an upbeat and strategic Product Manager to steer and manage our digital product owner team towards new heights! This is a newly created role, offering an exciting opportunity to make a real impact to our customers by translating business strategy into actionable tasks and guiding a team of talented Product Owners.
Collaboration and communication are at the core of this role. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring our products meet. You will develop and maintain a clear product roadmap, articulating the vision and progress to all stakeholders.
To excel in this role, you should be proactive, possess strong leadership skills, have excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and have proven experience in applying Agile methodologies. Exceptional stakeholder management and strategic thinking are essential, along with a natural collaborative spirit and expertise in user story mapping. Your ability to balance user, customer, and business needs effectively will be critical, as will your proficiency in market analysis to anticipate and respond to industry trends. It would be good to have CSM or CSPO certification but is not necessary.
