We are seeking a proactive Junior Client Success Executive who is passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships to join our Commercial team. About You: A driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for client engagement and success. Confident and empathetic, with strong natural emotional intelligence and the ability to understand client needs. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow your career in client success. Comfortable working with data and technology, including CRM systems. A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential. You are self-aware and enjoy interacting with all types of clients to foster relationships and deliver excellent service. What You Will Be Doing: Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring client satisfaction. Supporting the development and execution of client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new clients. Maintaining regular communication with clients through phone, video calls, and in-person meetings, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships. Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client needs are addressed and feedback is acted upon. Assisting in the creation of client success reports and analyzing client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Attending industry events and representing EVC to strengthen client relationships and promote our brand. Maintaining accurate client records and interactions using CRM systems.
