- Supervising and managing office staff
- Handling phone calls with professionalism and efficiency
- Communicating effectively with team members and external parties
- Organising office operations and procedures
- Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Managing human resources functions within the office
- Providing administrative support to various departments
- Proficiency in Sage for financial record keeping
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in an office management role, preferably in the motor trade industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other office software applications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources practices is advantageous
