Customer Service Advisor Permanent | West Malling, Kent | £24,000 | Hybrid Working The Role As a Customer Service & Order Fulfilment Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an outstanding service from the moment they place an order to the moment it arrives. You’ll work closely with couriers, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure everything runs smoothly—keeping customers informed, resolving any issues, and making sure every detail is spot on.
