Knight Frank is looking to hire a Senior Executive Assistant to work with our Residential Business Head, based at 55 Baker Street.

Role:
This is a 1:1 role for a highly motivated, results driven Senior Executive Assistant. Responsible for proactively managing a range of day-to-day tasks on behalf of the Residential Business Head, including providing right hand assistance in a discreet, diplomatic and efficient manner. Offering solutions, ideas and making judgements and decisions on behalf of the Residential Head as and when required.
Responsibilities:
* Provide 1:1 EA support to Leadership Head, including diary management, meeting preparation, and board pack production.
* Handle personal administrative tasks, such as flight bookings and investment property management.
* Organise Leadership Head’s participation in Group Executive Board (GEB) meetings and Strategy Days.
* Coordinate Residential Board meetings, liaising with stakeholders, managing agendas, and tracking action points.
* Arrange UK and overseas corporate travel, preparing detailed itineraries and travel packs.
* Process expense reports, supplier invoices, and financial approvals for the Leadership Head.
* Manage emails, calls, and digital filing systems, prioritising and responding as necessary.
* Oversee social media accounts, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and Yammer.
* Support business planning with Finance Business Partner, ensuring MBOs and financial meetings are scheduled.
* Work on the Three-Year Plan, coordinating with Leadership Head and Strategy Team.
* Organise remuneration and promotion reviews, working with HR to ensure a smooth process.
* Manage appraisal processes, scheduling meetings, and handling paperwork.
* Plan and deliver key programmes, including CRM initiatives, Town Hall updates, and office tours.
* Lead event management, from venue selection and invitations to client engagement and execution.
Key Experience Required:
* 3 years+ experience at Senior Executive level.
* Proficient using Microsoft Office.
