WHAT TO EXPECT It is an exciting time to be in the People Chapter organisation at JLR We are at the heart of enabling the company to deliver its Re-Imagine strategy to become proud creators of modern luxury vehicles. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional administrative support to our senior People Leaders. You’ll also work closely with other PLT members as needed and be expected to manage confidential, sensitive information relating to the business and its people. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities: • Diary management and administration ensuring effective time management and efficiency prioritising key activity, liaising with their first lines & gathering information as needed • Extensive liaison with Board Member EA’s is a pre-requisite of the role as you will be required to work closely with them to diarize offsites and then ensure that the right venue is sourced and any accompanying check-ins with their respective team members are set up in advance of the offsite. This will also include liaison with external facilitators to check they are equally available • Management of travel arrangements including overseas and supporting documentation as required • Attend team meetings as required, noting and following through on all actions until complete • Flagging of upcoming key meetings, emails requiring action and priorities including supporting paperwork, deadlines etc. to ensure preparation can be completed on time by leader WHAT YOU’LL NEED • Previous extensive experience working as an PA / Executive Assistant • Strong computer skills in all Microsoft 365 applications – Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Viva Engage (was Yammer) etc. • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written & listening as well as being highly organised with meticulous attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment and have a proactive approach to change alongside the ability to prioritise a high workload and can multi-task • Ability to build trusted relationships & influence Senior Leaders (excellent stakeholder management) Please note that this is a temporary assignment for 12 months.
