Mental Health Support Team inSchools has a great opportunity due to is expansion. The Wellbeing & EmotionalSupport Teams (WEST) requires an additional Operational Lead Band 7 due to theaddition of schools and staff in our wave 11 expansion programme, to manage ourteam in Hereford.
Our service provides evidencedbased early interventions for CYP ages 5 - 18 experiencing mental health problemsin Herefordshire & Worcestershire.

Service is Mon - Fri 9 - 5,multi professional working.
Core to this role is themonitoring of quality and performance via line management supervision. We areset up for virtual working, but days in localities will be expected.

Main duties of the job

Lead, coordinate & develop the provision of aneffective & efficient service for CYP.
Provide day to day leadership, support & supervision ofthe staff within the MHSTiS as well as supporting the service lead to provide aseamless service.
Support the effective triaging of patients referred to theteams, supporting the co-ordinated care delivery across the patient pathway.
Provide expert clinical holistic assessment & evidencebased pro-active & reactive interventions to support patients & theircarers.
Lead the teams in the implementation of integrated MDT careplanning ensuring patients receive high quality, patient-focussed care at alltimes.
