Looking for a fantastic career opportunity? We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant for an excellent business based in Bedford, supporting the CEO in their everyday working duties. The ideal candidate should have experience as a C level Executive Assistant with knowledge in procurement, commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and external accreditation. This role is fully office based near Milton Keynes.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Manage schedules, appointments, emails, and travel.
2. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
3. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
4. Act as liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Lead project management and strategic initiatives.
6. Manage special projects and other assigned tasks.
Experience Required:
7. Previous C Level EA Experience
8. Extremely organised
9. Experience in procurement, commercial contracting, mergers & acquisitions, and external accreditation would be highly desirable.
Salary & Benefits:
10. Salary up to 80k
11. 25 to 50 days annual leave over 5 years
