On behalf of our client, AMS are recruiting a number of individuals to support our manufacturing processes across multiple shift patterns for their Inchinnan site. No prior experience is necessary for these positions, you will be working in a team environment in a busy production facility and all training will be provided. Our Process Operators support in the manufacturing of parts that make our world class engines. You will be preparing parts and your area for these processes and ensuring your section is running smoothly. A number of outstanding opportunities have arisen for contract positions at our Inchinnan facility. We are looking for multiple Process Operators to join on a 12-month contract. Please note this role is going to be on a rotating shift pattern (mornings, afternoon and nights) So maybe you already do a job that's all about following processes, like being a Cook or a Beauty Technician. Or maybe you're into arts, crafts, DIY, or making things like models in your own time that takes an eye for detail. Or you're someone who is used to using apps and tech. All these skills are really valuable to us. You'll be fully trained to do many of the tasks required for this position. Following technical instructions - much like a recipe or a manual for setting up a new TV - There's a lot of attention to detail involved, but there's also plenty of variety in what you do each day and a great sense of achievement at the end of it. As a Process Operator you will: Visually inspect components to a high standard. Loading and unloading various process equipment. Feeding back information to Manufacturing Engineer and team Maintaining our excellent quality standards, being an integral part of our manufacturing process. Work within strict HS&E guidelines, maintaining a clean and safe environment. Working as part of a team to deliver customer needs in a high volume, target driven environment to follow processes and procedures to a standard as already definedOn a typical day, as a Process Operator you will be expected to; engage in Health and Safety activity, produce components at the highest Quality, deliver cell performance targets, conduct machine PPM, manage calibration, deliver improvement initiatives, and adopt development roles.
