Duration: 1 month with potential to extend
Working Pattern: Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 (1-hour break)
Rate: Day: £15 – £22 per hour
About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our pharmacy services and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support within the pharmacy department.
2. Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
3. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
4. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
5. Essential:
6. ACT qualification or willing to work towards qualification.
7. Must be a registered with GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
8. NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or equivalent.
9. Desirable:
10. Minimum of 6 months hospital experience.
11. Strong communication and organizational skills.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
13. Labelling and dispensing experience and knowledge of JAC computer system.
14. Experience of undertaking role of Medicines.
