Salary and Benefits Package:
Paying up to £30,000 basic salary, depending upon experience plus commission.
Realistic OTE of £45,000 per year.

The Job Role Details:
You will be selling and promoting a range of trailers and vehicles, achieving sales targets, and delivering outstanding customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a reputable company known for quality products and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
You will
Promote and sell a range of trailers and vehicles to customers.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and set KPIs.
Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
Ensure that customers are aware of all available financing options.
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services.
Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Foster strong relationships with customers to maximise repeat business.
Manage and maintain inventory levels within the dealership.
Attend and participate in all training sessions and sales meetings.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Work in collaboration with other team members to manage leads and ensure the best possible customer experience.
Drive sales leads through the attendance of trade shows.
Ideal Person Skills & Qualifications:
You will have / be
Recent sales experience within the agricultural, trailer, heavy vehicle, construction, turf, amenity or equine sector.
Prior experience selling trailers or vehicles would be an advantage.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license.
