HR Assistant / Administrator - Lincoln - circa £27000 DOE and qualifications - hybrid working

This is an expanding niche service provider in the neurodiversity area that has grown in the last 5 years since start up. Head count of circa 220 staff and further expansion in the UK and Internationally for 2025/2026.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key part in the growth of the business.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Manager, working in a team of 4, you will have the opportunity to help shape and develop the HR service and team to enable the organisation's growth.
You will be involved in a variety of tasks including:
1. Management of the transactional HR records across multiple platforms
2. Managing the workflow of HR related matters such as recruitment, new staff onboarding and retention records such as appraisals
3. Assisting with the finance workflow including payroll
4. Recruitment / retention / progression transactional record keeping and management of the recruitment pathway
5. Management of training records across multiple platforms
6. Role description management and development
7. Contracts production supporting the Operations Team
As well as the above you may get the opportunity to assist with upcoming projects as part of the HR service review and improvement project.
These projects will be around a HR system implementation and data reporting; HR process improvements; Policy & procedure updates; Compliance; Recruitment & Retention; Induction improvement; Wellbeing initiatives; Staff Engagement etc.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to work in a growing organisation and also step into more Advisory level work. NB This post is subject to a DBS check.
What you'll need to succeed
An experienced HR Administrator :
1. Ideally you will be minimum CIPD Level 3 Qualified (or working towards this or demonstrate suitable equivalent level of experience).
2. Full employee lifecycle / HR administration experience
3. Involvement in some HR project work
4. Excellent communication skills.
