Ready for a change? If you enjoy working on business change projects, collaborating with stakeholders, solving incidents, and being a visible point of contact for release management and system improvement activities, then read on!
As a Change Analyst (Finance Systems Analyst) in our Finance Systems team, you will be working within a team of finance professionals to deliver reliable and robust systems management and change processes linked to Finance.
This is a hybrid role; remote working and one day per week of onsite presence in our Leeds & Bradford offices (rotate each week). As this is a change role, there may be the requirement for some out of hours support when change is being implemented.
About the role

1. Work alongside many other business areas to help drive the delivery of change impacting the Finance Function, ensuring Financial, System, MI & Reporting impacts and issues are managed appropriately.
2. Provide Finance SME representation across all stages of our change lifecycle for cross-functional projects and internal change, collaborating effectively with Delivery teams to enable successful implementation within either a Waterfall or Agile environment.
3. Support incident management and BAU change/system upgrade initiatives, working on the administration of finance systems and assisting users across the business with ad hoc queries, incident resolution, and process improvements.
About you
1. Proven experience in supporting the full change lifecycle, accustomed to handling project work, and adaptable to an ever-changing priority workload.
2. Collaborative with excellent stakeholder management and partnering skills.
3. Understanding of finance systems and processes, including Oracle (Payables/Receivables/Fixed Assets, E-Business Suite, Oracle Analytics, HCM & Hyperion), General Ledger integration, and transaction reconciliation.
4. Interest in utilizing Digital skills and self-serving data using a variety of reporting tools.
