Hours: 37.5 Part Time Hours also available Main duties of the job The role of the Senior Clinical Support Worker is to work under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse to provide the highest possible standard of essentially care for patients and their family's carer. The postholder will work under the direction of the Registered nurse to Provide and deliver a high standard of compassionate personal care recognising and meeting the specific needs of the patients, they will assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of individual programmes of care for patient. Under the direction of the Registered Nurse they will undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties including personal care duties, recording patient observations and changes to patient clinical conditions and carry out clinical care duties in line with the Clinical Competency framework included in appendix 1, under the Senior Clinical Support Worker section.
