This is a varied role and you will play a vital role within the team, being first point of contact for our patients and providing administrative support for the clinicians across the team. You key responsibilities will include: To work autonomously, making independent decisions and organising ownworkflow. To deal with face-to-face enquiries and telephone calls/emails from patients, relatives, staff, and other professionals, promptly and sensitively, making autonomous decisions to signpost to appropriate clinician or alternative service, ensuring messages are dealt with or passed on quickly andefficiently. To work closely with team members, providing a flexible service and being willing to assist staff with a variety of development work as and whenrequired. Please see attached JD/PS for full duties.
