As a Lead VFX Artist you will be responsible for the innovative and creative development of inspiring VFX content, whilst working with clients and our team of artists to set new benchmarks for the gaming industry.

You would:
* Have several years experience in managing VFX pipelines and workflows.
* Share knowledge and recommend best practices across the team and business.

* Be a team player, but also work autonomously, whilst knowing when to ask for advice.
* Have an ability to create, track, and maintain schedules across multiple teams and/or projects.

Skills you need
* 2 years + experience as a Lead VFX Artist working on video gaming titles.
* 3 years + experience in 3D packages for example; Autodesk Softimage, 3D Studio Max, Maya, IXSI, LightWave and ZBrush.
* Good PFX skills and shader creation.
* Passionate about making games visuals and supporting our approach to emerging technologies.
* Unreal Engine and its particle and material editors.
Skills it would be great to have
Experience with:
* Game Engines such as Unity or Bespoke.
