Quality Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Quality Systems Analyst join the Quality Team at BYLOR undertaking the Main Civil Works at Hinkley Point C.
Key Responsibilities and Specific Accountabilities
* Develop, maintain, and improve data analytics dashboards and reports using tools like Qlik Sense and Power BI to provide meaningful insights into quality performance.
* The Quality Systems Analyst will support the Quality Systems team with producing data analytics and visualisation of outputs, reporting results and analysis from the digital quality systems to internal senior management, client, and Tier 2s.
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
* Understanding of development and deployment of digital systems.
* Establish strong working relationships with key stakeholders and lead projects from requirements gathering through to delivery.
* Day-to-day tasks typically involve leading meetings with internal delivery teams / T2, meetings with the client, interfacing with senior management and key data owners / stakeholders.

TECHNOLOGY / IT SKILLS
You will:
* Be able to discuss IT systems and architecture, data formats & systems integration opportunities with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
* Be familiar with SQL.
* Be familiar with Python (preferable, but not essential).
* Be familiar with Data Visualisation tools (knowledge of Qlik Sense or PowerBI is preferable).
* Be comfortable learning new software and systems to enhance digital adoption.
* Enjoy working with large datasets.
* Be comfortable working with tabular data in csv format, excel etc.
Additional Information:
All positions with Bylor are employed directly with either Laing O'Rourke or Bouygues Travaux Public and include competitive salaries, private medical insurance, company pension schemes and annual holiday allowance. Some grades will also include a company car allowance.
Unless stated otherwise all positions are based at Hinkley Point C in Somerset.
