Salary: up to £25,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Working Hours: 37.5 Hours Monday to Friday (Typically 8am – 4pm or 9am - 5pm)

Due to continual company growth, we are now looking for an organised and customer focused operations coordinator to schedule customer works for the Water Engineering team across the Wales & South West region. You will provide the highest levels of customer service; scheduling bookings, organising site visits through our internal database and troubleshooting problems to ensure excelled account delivery. Joining our highly motivated and friendly team within our Cardiff office, based in Saint Mellons Cardiff, this is a great opportunity to be part of our highly valued team.
Requirements
* Coordinating multiple customer works, in line with our planned scheduling agreement, supporting our Engineering Supervisors.
* Build key relationships with UK wide customer site teams; arranging and scheduling site visit appointments for Engineers’ planners across service delivery lifecycle.
* Complete tasks in our internal Opuz (internal) database to high levels of accuracy.
* Update client process guides for assigned client contracts.
* Troubleshoot problems and provide workaround solutions for client accounts.
* Manage customer enquiries, building key relations across internal teams to ensure highly professional client delivery.
* Collate and analyse data for KPI reporting, supporting Operations Coordinator Team Leader.
All roles at SMS require a DBS check; SMS Environmental will cover the cost of this if you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate.
