Build an understanding of legislation and industry best-practice, providing essential guidance and recommendations. Support managers with the implementation of new and existing procedures to achieve safe working conditions, compliance obligations and an effective health and safety culture. Design engineering solutions to improve safety measures and environmental controls. Develop new and existing systems for the coordination of activities, data collection and evaluation of performance. Compile reports and effectively communicate with all employees, stakeholders and external agencies. Schedule formal audits and coordinate the timely action of findings.
