RKW is looking for a team member to join our E-Commerce division, to take on a range of administrative and data focused responsibilities, to help execute the company strategy across our online retailer accounts.
The role will involve working closely with the E-commerce division Directors and Supervisors, so practical experience in Amazon / Online retail would be a distinct advantage - but not essential.
Responsibilities and Duties -
1. Track and load new products for RKW on our e-Commerce accounts – 15 customers (retail & marketplace).
2. Audit retailer websites for RKW brands to ensure our product detail pages meet brand guidelines.
3. Work cross functionally with Buying, Product & Marketing departments, to create best in class content.
4. Upload images and content for e-Commerce accounts & amend based on retailer specific guidelines.
5. Competitive benchmarking.
6. Keyword optimisation management.
7. Submit and manage internal requests for A+ product detail – across managed accounts.
8. Enrol ASINs into customer initiative programs & track accordingly.
9. Liaise with RKW Account Managers weekly to deliver content updates (launch & audits).
10. Be a point of contact for RKW's eCommerce retailers externally to deliver exceptional service.
11. Track and monitor all workflow process & communicate daily with the Content Supervisor and ad-hoc to the eCommerce Director.
12. Assist with Data Analysis to drive sales and improve all key customer KPI’s.
Skills and Desirables -
1. 1-2 years of clerical/general office experience in a sales environment. Preferably with Amazon/Online experience (although this is not essential).
2. An understanding of internet-related technologies and best practices.
3. Attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment.
6. Desire to continue to learn and grow professionally.
7. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs.
8. Ability to understand data.
